International Student Mentors
Are you an international student in the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health?
Our Student Mentors are current UOW students from different international backgrounds and know what it’s like to move to a new country and start studying at the University of Wollongong.
We have three International Student Mentors who can assist other international students with a range of things like:
- adjusting to a new country, culture and community
- guidance around university life and wellbeing; who to see, where to go etc.
- guidance to academic support services across UOW
This service is available to new and existing international students of the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health.
