You will have the opportunity to take part in tutorials and laboratory activities specific to the HSC Chemistry Syllabus.

Getting to UOW: The Getting to UOW website includes extensive information on travelling to UOW, free shuttle services, parking and carpooling. Location and campus maps are also available to assist you with your journey.
Large buses can drop students at the bus interchange on Northfields Avenue. Mini-buses may park in P4 - Western Carpark.
Lunch: Students will need to bring their own lunch, or purchase lunch at one of the many food vendors on campus. There are allocated times for morning tea and lunch. Teachers will have the opportunity to speak with our Chemistry staff over a lunch on the day.
Dress Code: To work in the laboratory, students must wear closed-in shoes and have their hair tied back. Students should bring their own lab coats and safety glasses if they own these.
Student Handouts: UOW will provide students with handouts on the day. They will be required to bring along their own pens, pencils, calculators, and a notepad.
